Solution: We implemented a centralized volunteer ecosystem within the church app using an AI-powered tagging system, allowing members to quickly tag their skills, availability, and interests and be notified in real-time of upcoming opportunities. The platform automatically matched volunteers with relevant service opportunities while streamlining scheduling, resources, and ministry coordination.

Outcome: 20% Increase in volunteer participation while significantly reducing manual coordination for ministry leaders.

E-Learning with a Modern Twist

Challenge: BrightWell Learning Co., an organization focused on early childhood education, needed a platform that could support marketing while delivering paid certification courses to educators.
